  • No cash refunds, only store credit.
  • No refunds or exchange on any electrical parts.
  • No returns after 30 days of receipt.
  • A deposit is needed for special orders.
  • All service work is guaranteed for 30 days.
  • Any item left over 30 days will be sold for any amount owed.
  • There is a 15% re-stocking fee on each item returned!
  • There will be a 25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

SHIPPING POLICY

We tend to have our items out shortly after receiving the order. However, we post 10-14 business days as our policy with the exceptions of specialty items which may take 21 business days. If you must have something immediately call 1-866-723-8224 and place the order with one of our employees. If you have already ordered online, feel free to call the same number and check on your order.

If you do order online and have a question, PLEASE ALWAYS include your PayPal Transaction Number.  Note this is not the credit card number or check information, it is the unique number PayPal gives for each transaction.

We can ship internationally but at this time, we do not have our online shopping cart set up for such.  However, we are working on trying to take international orders online soon.  Call 270-444-6674 for international orders.
